All too frequently, an organisation’s values languish on a poster in the canteen or on the intranet. Few remember them, even fewer relate them to their work. We create ‘filmettes’ - using simple in-house style production - to showcase, ‘great’, ‘ OK’ or ‘poor’ behaviour. We use real
people and real everyday scenarios so employees can apply the lessons to their day-to-day actions. Usually treated in a light-hearted manner, they provide a memorable and effective means of aligning behaviour and can be used across different internal communications channels.
