The Collaboration Game is a table-top business simulation game based on the inter-dependent nature of typical organisations. We help players understand how the nature of their decisions and collaboration impact on the company’s overall performance. Eight players - each representing

different functions with their own needs and objectives - have to collaborate. ‘Value’ is created or destroyed dependent on their decisions. Players rapidly move on from theory to reality and rarely emerge without making numerous practical decisions as a team.
