The Challenge

Vodafone’s Reward & Recognition programme was tired, nominations were declining and it didn’t link nominations to Vodafone’s driving values.

Our Response

We developed, in partnership with The Bank, an online Brand-focused Reward & Recognition programme where nominations were based on their values of ‘Red, Rock Solid and Restless’.

Results

  • 30% increase in participation levels
  • Vodafone values now the key driver of the programme
