The Challenge
The RBFT’s aim is to provide high quality services, delivered in ways that exceed patients’ expectations. Our challenge was to make this a reality across both clinical and non-clinical activities.
Our Response
Supported with various initiatives including a ‘Walking the Talk’ session for the Executive team, creating and implementing a ‘Quality Matters’ Patient Experience, and supporting new employee Inductions.
Results
This programme is still in its early stages but is seeing significant scores in employees feeling more engaged around the RBFT’s values and the behaviour needed to exceed patients’ expectations.
