The Challenge

Fendi arguably sells dreams, not products. To deliver the dream to clients, every employee must be a passionate brand advocate and story-teller.

Our Response

We ran a ‘Talking the Walk’ workshop with the leadership team. Over four days they scripted and shot a training video that translated brand values into retail behaviour.

Results

  • The team illustrated how brand-inspired behaviour helped to deliver sales targets
  • Participants left with the ability to tell inspirational stories that communicated the Fendi ‘dream’
